TopIPFS reaches unprecedented mining efficiency

After optimizing the software, TopIPFS, a mining subsidiary owned by Top Blocks and funded by TOP Network, has nearly doubled the mining efficiency again it reached in the first round of the Filecoin space race.

In the first round of the Filecoin space competition, Top Blocks showcased mining efficiency of 1T for every 10,000 yuan invested, which was far better than the rest of the participants. However, having optimized its software, TOP Blocks can now reach mining efficiency of 2T for every 10,000 yuan invested. This is at the same level as the largest mine of the test list.

As we have mentioned in the previous report, in the first round of the space race, Top Blocks ranked first in mining efficiency in the world and has long occupied the top spot in the mining rankings in North America.

Technological progress

Main chain

• The beacon system contract blockage in the main chain master branch (master) v1.27 version has been fixed.
• The first stage of the main chain upgrade and external node access to the network was successfully completed.
• The overall open-source preparation of the main chain is done. The version of the tahoe branch is 0.98.

HiWallet

• HiWallet is developing the WalletConnect function. After this function is implemented, users can log in to the DApp through the wallet’s “scan” function to participate in various DeFi projects.
• The HiWallet wallet page is undergoing major adjustments. It is expected that a new page will be launched sometime in late November.

Activities

In late October, Noah Wang, the co-founder of TOP Network, will conduct an AMA in the FDEX exchange community to discuss new opportunities for the public chain ecological layout in the current DeFi boom. This will also provide FDEX with enough opportunity to learn about TOP Network.
